I dont think there should be any problem in appeal. As long as u can withdraw money anytime its fine. Guidance clearly states that FD should be in name of applicand or he/she must be joint holder of FD. How can nominee have access to funds ? Can you explain. one of the consultant told me that UK IT market is showing signs of recovery and it will pick up in june? Any inputs will be helpful as i am planning to move to UK in june leaving my permanent job in india. Rather than quitting current job, arrange few interviews from India, come here for 2-3 weeks.

I think fixed deposit is not considered for They are, as sited by other poster. But, problems seems to be OP's situation. Imagine, how can nominee have access to FD, as given in written by his bank. Nominees comes in to picture only in unfortunate circumstances. It must have confused ECO, so does me.

If your company inform HO as soon as you leave the country, the work permit will get cancelled. In that scenario, even if you have the visa until year end in your passport, it has legally no value. it has to be contious months for caliming points. for example you can earn 20k in 4 months. then its fine, you can show 4 months salary which is 4 months continous without any gap in between. but you can not show for example say some salay in january and then again from june to december with a gap ...
