My experience of immigrants(within the work place) are mostly good but i can't help but feel some try too hard too please and buy their way a little bit too much, and some females tend to use other ways to please!!! this is only from my own experiences and in no way reflects all immigrants.
Good idea......... one guy allegedly got refused for not knowing his wifes post code etc I think maybe they know beforehand what questions they will put to the individual.... if they spot things they want answers too ..... example my contract had a different name to my job details on the application...

You risk a detention centre more by staying than you would upon leaving....they may stamp your passport but doubt they would take you off your flight. I have only seen Immigration once and that was just near the departure gates...they were interested in a man but still let him board the plane.
Not arrogant just so much passion about the UK, i just hope it is all you hope for having lived here all my life i guess i don't get the appeal.

I think i read something on this type of query... some responses were that the guy had not stuck to the conditions of his visa and this would not be looked on favourably.
