Re: Reporting pay rise?

That's correct. We're a small company and I've taken on more responsibility but still with the same duties.

Reporting pay rise?

Hi everyone, my employer is going to increase my salary from 23k to 28k but I'll be in the same SOC code. Does this need to be reported?

I'm on a tier 2 general visa.

Thank you!

Flexible working

Hey everyone, Thanks for your responses on my previous thread. My boss is thinking of allowing me to work from home / work flexibly location-wise in London. I would not be going into the office. I would still need to clock in and clock out. Is there anything which restricts this on a Tier 2 (General...

Re: URGENT Tier 2 Visa Refused

SOC 2423
Min for new entrant: 22,900

She put my salary as 23,000 for 40 hours so 500 off for the year if 39 hours

My company only has 1 COS to allocate and it has been allocated to me, can she amend the COS and I use the same COS?

URGENT Tier 2 Visa Refused

Hi, I need help urgently please! My tier 2 visa was refused today because of an error - my sponsor set my salary at the minimum level for a 40 hour week instead of a 39 hour week. Is there a way we can change this where she pays me more and maybe pays me the previous months' extra? How can we change...

Renew annual COS allocation

Hey everyone, My sponsor received an email to request renewal of the company's annual COS allocation. She recently allocated her 1 COS to me and I'm still waiting for my visa to come through. She does not intend on hiring anyone else on a Tier 2 visa. Would she need to renew the annual allocation fo...

Likely you will get an email and a postal letter. How long it takes depends on the service option you chose with ukcvas.

HO do not usually call an applicant during the process.
Thank you so much for your quick replies!

Re: Tier 2 (General) - receiving response/check sponsor

Is this a switch to Tier 2 General or an extension of Tier 2 General? Did you use the new UKCVAS service to apply and upload documents and enroll your biometrics or did you apply by post? This was a switch from tier 4 to Tier 2 (general) and I applied via the new UKCVAS service where I uploaded my ...

Tier 2 (General) - receiving response/check sponsor

Hey guys, Apologies if this has been asked before or is common knowledge. I haven't been able to find an answer. I'm currently waiting for my Tier 2 to come through (biometrics done 10/1/19). Will they email you to say if you've been successful? Or will all the details ONLY be in the post? In additi...
