the slip statement reflects ...2 parts
1)salary 2) allowances
Salary is 757 and allowances are 2200. out which salary is taxed but allowances are taxed very less hardly 10 %
Have u got my point now... Please discuss

Yes I got P60.but P60 refelects only salary from India and some part of allowances also being taxed
but salary slip shows allowance.
yes ..I can claim back my Tax from HMRC .....always

I'm on WP in UK where my Gross earning on salary slip reflect allownace majorly which is not taxed does this is accountable in Gross earnings for eligibility criteria for HSMP.

Yes, u need to get letter from your colleage. Then that origional copy u need to submit to Mumbai University.
and within 2 weeks u get ur Special Cetificate.

one more thing I want to ask .. if we r having 75 points.... so we don't need to worry abt approval.
Or it's a matter of luck.
I mean is there any chances of not approving.
I am IT professional, with 1 year UK exp.

There are so many replys.. I m bit confused about the process slow down of HSMP assessment. I have applied for HSMP on 3rd Sep 2007, HO got it on 4th Sep 2007 morning and and on 5th Sep 2007 HSMP fee debited from my account. 6th sep 2007 I got my HSMP ref. no. How many days it will take to know +ve ...
