My child got british passport , but we both have Indian passport.
So is there any rule that my child can't apply for the OCI?

To apply OCI for my child either of the parent should have the British passport?

My child is born in UK and we got ILR after that. We received her BC registration certificate and now we are applying for Passport.
We are going to attach following document.

1. Fully filled form
2. BC certificat
3. Birth certificate
4. 2 passport

Do we need any other documents?

Just to confirm .
One referee should be professional ( Not required to be British citizen)
and the second referee should be British citizen
Am i right?

I am covering my salary point in 11 month. Is it compulsory to attach 12 month salary slip? or is it ok if I attach only 11 month, as I dont have the earlier salary slip caz I changed my job.
