Ok..In response to your question. I am a Brit Citizen.

I am thinking of family reunification route.

If I became a frontier worker, and work part time in one of the EU countries and part time in the UK.

Would I be able to use this route for family reunion having exercised my treaty rights?

Thanks

Thanks for the link and info regarding frontier workers.

It it not clear however as to whether one would be classed as exercising their treaty rights.

Could you please elaborate.

Thanks

Excercising EU Treaty Rights

If I was to do two part time jobs. Say one in the UK and one in another EU country, would that still be classed as exercising my EU Treaty rights.

What I would do is to work a few days a week in another EU country with a part time job for 3 to 6 months.

Not being chickened out, but I heard of cases where people pressured them and were told to sign on.

Also I am from one of the countries on the HO's "white list".

Legacy --- Good News???

The fact that your case is legacy, is that good news because apparently there are less refusals and positive decision rates are 4 times the average?

The HO stated 4 levels of priority in Legacy cases. Since they have started does anyone know what level of priority they have reached now?

In what form would u suggest I should pressurise them.
My MP states if i dont hear from them by July, I should get in touch with him.

How do i go about pressurising them?

Is My Case Legacy??

I asked my MP to chase up Home Office for me regarding my status. An extract from the letter states [quote] We will only take a cse out of turn in very limited circumstances. These are where the case has been seriously mishandled (i.e. the decision has been served incorrectly or is factually inaccu...

Hello People, I have been living at my land lady's house for the past 7 years. She has been very lenient and understanding with me.
