Secondly you need to be under the threshold of your own country Zambia. The threshold is around 3500 per country. So whether you finally get a green card depends both on how many people from Africa apply and also how many people from your own country Zambia apply. Thanks Rambo Judging by previous ye...

Wow, you have a lot of patience, admin, to write all of that out. I cannot understand why he's asking about the fees when he hasn't even won, much less submitted the application forms. It could well be that the application fails because he mis-spelt his name or has photograph doesn't match...then al...

Fees payable for Interviews at embassies for the DV lottery

Can someone please tell me when fees are payable and how much they are.

For instance a family of 2 adults and 2 children under 13.

Are the fees payable when you have passed the interview and will be issued with a green card.

Hoping it's not before, in the event you fail are the fees still payable?

So that wouldn't prove that a Zambian has a good chance (the OP's question). Judging by the number of applicants from Africa, it seems Nigeri...

A trifle premature perhaps but I was wondering what they ask and how the assess you at the interview for a green card. If i win will be going to the London Embassy.
