Your CoS is valid for 3 months to use once assigned to you. It will come out of the March CoS your sponsor has available. You are overthinking a bit. You will pay the same for 2 years and 6 months as 3 years so what is the point? You’ll pay for a whole year if your application includes part of a year that is more than 6 months. So again, as already advised in your other topic about CoS, you need a 3 year CoS and apply for a 3 year visa etc. You cannot apply for a 3 year visa if you have a 2 year CoS. so you advise i get a 3yrs COS from my employer or that cant be possible again? i can ask them to issue me a COS up to 3yrs...
