The best thing its to take irish passport and travel all round the world.

So we need to get every visa for every country.

Nearly all are Schengen, but one more, one less, as per this topic on the forum.

can we then appeal, on the basis that we were in Poland for 12 days
before getting married?
My hubby had that time Irish student visa.
Can he be considered as a resident in Poland so??

All ideas are nice, but in practice it does not work as easy as it could be. - we went for stamp 3 while waiting for and outcome and they said NO They also sais you cant study and you cant work. - quick trip is not possible to get residency in another Eu Member State you have to enter the country on...

legal evidence of residence abroad

Hi everybody,

Just one query. Does anybody knows what are the requirements of that legal evidence of residence abraod? How long you have to be there? Do you need to work, or you can just study? What documents are considered as a prouve then? Can you apply with EU1 while you are abroad???

ha has no valid visa, and no valid Gards card.
Status - pending application.

he nter to ireland 3.5 years ago, as a student.
this year we have been advised to do not extend his student visa, just apply with eu1 form.
so his student permit expired on 30th june.
then till 3rd august (we got married) he had stamp 3.
now he has no stamp.
