Tier 2 Silver Timeframe

I recently applied for a tier 2 visa. I paid for the 3-5 day processing. Yesterday was day 5 and I have not heard anything. Is this common?

My sponsor is sponsoring me, but I have a husband and two kids coming with me. I talked to the bank and I think they will write me a letter.
