Finally, after 5 years of waiting and living in limbo I got 30months visa.
I lost my career, my ambition but I try to start a new beginning.
Good luck for those are waiting.

It took 9 months.

I think... you should send them the council tax bill, electricity and gas bills...ask a letter from school or nursery... If your kids are not at school, you can ask from your Gp.

There is no set time limit for the Home Office to comply with. I am still waiting ,since 3/August /2018.

It has been eight (8) months approximately since the application , I am still waiting. I applied for EEA(FM) 2 times. They refused it, they said you circumvent the immigration rules, without having any evidence. They recommended me to apply for FLR(Fp),as the rule for EEA(FM) was changed in November...

It is psychological game, I have 2 kids, they have British passport, they are born in the UK. It is still difficult for me too. It is wasting of time and money . Home office need to establish a new rule (( falling in love with a British guy needs money, time, torturing and pain)) or(( the foreigners...
