While booking the appointment by telephone or even the online, they specifically say to be 30 mins earlier and also incase if you miss your appointment you will not be allowed inside. I think you need to book it again.

Any tips for online appointment booking or telephone booking

HI,
Anyone knows when the new commencing weeks appointment added online. Still telephone appointment will be available for 6 weeks later or changed to 8 weeks now?

Any hints would be great.
