No. Your dependents are dependent on YOU and not on your sponsor. Their visas remain valid as long as you got ILR based on Tier 2 and not 10 years long residence.
Did you mean to say yes? (Their visa will be valid). I got ILR based on Tier 2 (5 years).

They are free to travel as long as they have a valid visa. Their visas remain valid, there is NO requirement to switch visa categories simply because you got ILR based on 5 years Tier 2.
