My previous statement was incorrect. You do need some proof from NARIC. But based on the new booklet an published by UKBA, I think "English Language Assessment" is the document to acquire from NARIC, not the "NARIC statement of comparability". http://ecctis.co.uk/naric/individual...

I assume you will have to declare it and let the case worker decide?

The decision is up to the case worker, although most should agree the chance of successful application is 50%+

again, if the PCN is not issued by the council (or authorities), your case worker won't even be aware of it. Because the PCN won't be considered as a PCN in their standard.

Is it a PCN from council, or? Hi all, Regards to the days outside UK, from what I understand, the departure day (from UK) and arrival day (returned to UK) doesn't count toward the absence.
