i am not sure but find out details of business visa-- i think the applicant need to invest 250000 and it is a sure way to buy british passport.

looking into previous posts from victoria, immigration consultant, if visa expires the stay will be illegal. if visa expires go back to the country and once wp is granted apply for FLR from ur home country. all thebest. god bless

also look into the discussion ' FOREIGN NURSES CLAMP DOWN BY NHS'. you can understand by reading that discussion that nurses with workpermit are not permitted to move to a different job and the govt is trying everything to evade the non-european people. That is too dearly beloved

based on my experience and what i am told by my solicitor is if you have applied for workpermit before your leave expires then you have right to stay until the decision of your application is made. once the decision is made then the question of staying or leaving arises. until then you are absolutel...

its true that they ask your bank statements when u get the workpermit approval but before stamping. its completely normal. nothing to worry and when i received my approval my account was in overdraft. so dont worry. goodluck

hi even here in UK there are severe delays. i have applied mine 25 days ago and we still have no answer from homeoffice. they posted a ciruclar dated 23/7/07 in website www.workingintheuk.gov.uk that there is a wait.. hope this helps
