Can a Bangladeshi Refugee apply for Spouse visa if Married in India? Is it possible to register in India in 7 days?

My friend received asylum status in UK. Now he is planning to get married in India as the bride (from Bangladesh) will travel to India (Kolkata) at the same time. I have few questions; 1. Is staying 1 week together in India enough to satisfy home office for Spouse visa? 2. What is the process of mar...

Re: Notice of Marriage given more than 3 months but no approval or any communications received from Home office

The interview went all fine. What interview are you referring to? Do you mean the notice appointment? If so, there is no "went well" or "went wrong" as that is really just for the couple to declare their intention to marry and provide their personal details, it's not a test. All...

Can someone travel to UK with visitor visa from red listed countries?

Hi, My mother already had visitor visa from (march 2021 to august 2021) before Bangladesh was put in red list by UK? As guidance says British National, Irish National and those with residence right can only travel from red list countries. Of course they have to quarantine for 10 days in designated h...

She can travel at any time during the visa validity dates. She must leave the UK before her visa expires.

She is not entitled to free NHS service or registering with a gp. They will ask for evidence of her right to live in the UK
Thank you @CR001

Re: spouse visa - total income 12 months more than £18600 is ok?

Not sure which answer to choose, will it be c or d Because in the last 6 months he got around £9,800 in total. Of this he received around 1000 in one month, 1300 in another month, 1450 in a different month. If you choose D, I'm guessing the application will be refused for not meeting the financial ...

Re: spouse visa - total income 12 months more than £18600 is ok?

Actually, now it seems he meets the 6 months calculation rules as it becomes more than 19k. He is around £500 short in total income of 12 months. But he is waiting for another payment from December 2019, hopefully this will cover the total income of £18,600 :? If the financial requirement can be me...

Re: spouse visa - total income 12 months more than £18600 is ok?

To apply using Category B (using 12 months income), there are 2 criteria that need to be met: 1. Total income in the 12 months prior to the date of application meets the financial requirement. 2. Annual "salary" at the date of application meets the financial requirement. For non-salaried ...

spouse visa - total income 12 months more than £18600 is ok?

Hi My sister wants to apply for spouse visa. Her spouse works and paid £10.89 hourly. His actual average earning for last 6 months (total earnings in 6 months divided by 6 times 12 months )does not equal to £18600 or more. But his earnings actual in total in the last 12 months in the same job become...
