Re: KoLL Waiver

Thank you for your reply, Do you know anything about the fee requirement? This is the biggest worry I suppose due to the expense: b) what happens if the waiver is refused after application - from what I understand, they will request KoLL certificates within a very short time period and if not produc...

We have got a Koll Waiver filled out by GP which describes this and the short term concentration and focus issues along with p...

Re: SET (P) ILR applied, no confirmation letter to help continue receiving support

Thank you Tier, Zimba and CR001, I'm glad to hear that. I got in a bit of a panic when I saw the 28 days on other routes! Re: SET (P) ILR applied, no confirmation letter to help continue receiving support

Hi Tier,

Thank you for your reply. I'm glad to hear that.

Are we okay for when we sent the application? Or am I outside the correct timeline? On enrollment of bio metrics it's under 28 days but on date of online application it is 31 as I assumed a calender month.

Thank you

SET (P) ILR applied, no confirmation letter to help continue receiving support

Hi there, I am writing on behalf of a family member and had a query as to confirmation of ILR and rights. Refugee for 5 years - ending 22/04/2019. Applied for ILR set (P) on 22/03/2019 (apply during the last month (according to gov website) so I assumed it's 1 calendar month, although I see that peo...
