We are still not sure what do they mean by chronological order. If you intend to ask your TD to put parliamentary question, perhaps ask them about clarification on order in which applications are done.

Basically same generic response. I received the same in January and then March.

They have completed 1250/3100 applications. It's less than half and they are working slow. We also established that there is no order to the process. It is random. That's explains that there are still plenty of us waiting.

There was a respsponse by the good Ministertoday to a parliamentary question asked yesterday in the Dail about a specific application: https://www.oireachtas.ie/en/debates/question/2019-05-21/322/#pq_322. In that case I have no idea what classification system they use to process applications.

One thing I observed is that they pick a random date, and whoever applied on that date all of them get processed together. You can tell from this form that everyone who applied on 21st of December got a reply.

I arrived in 2008. Applied for the scheme in December. Still waiting. I think it's random

I don't know if the TD I asked to follow up on the update will be able to do it. She is busy with elections. If she did, it should appear on parliamentary question site sometime this week.

I don't know how some of you guys applied so fast. It took me months to collect all documents and ask friends for reference letters

Take a screenshot and attach it in the email.

State that you are contacting them to ensure your letter didn't get lost as the online portal states your application is completed.
