If anyone esle becomes aware of someone getting the positive or negative reply this week from INIS please post it here as well. It would be very helpful if you can share some light on circumstances too.
There will be update in around 8th of May. I have asked my TD to ask parliamentary question on the number of applications done to this date. This will be almost a month since last update. Thus we will know how many applications they are currently processing per month.

They implemented online application system for the student scheme. That didn't make no difference as people are waiting since October 2018 till now with little to no update at all.

Most students who got stamp 4 on marriage basis before 2011 are citizens by now. If someones stamp 4 got revoked after suspicion of sham marriage, they cant expect them to grant legal status through this scheme as it explicitly states they do not qualify.
