its the same bill as proposed. If you look at the dates you'll see it hasn't gone to committee yet, so there's a chance that the more objectionable bits of it can be ammended or better yet dropped. The ICI, Nasc and several other ngo's have prepared detailled critiques of the bill and its provisions...
