Re: coronavirus issue

If you are a British, your best way is to contact your local MP and get very useful help from them. All the best.

Re: coronavirus issue

Wuhan and Chongqing cosulate-general are both closed now. Therefore, you have to go to other place apply it like Beijing. If you decide to travel right now and you are in a situation that most likely infected. Your best interest is stay at home. From my perspective, it is very hard to do it right no...

Re: 10 Year confusion after Entrepreneur extension rejection and 2nd application approval

Hi Zimba,

I a bit admire your courage, repeatedly saying it. Finally ppl will follow up "anymore???" or doubts.

May I suggest that gurus, can we subcategorise the term of ILR into roots like Tier 1 to ILR, Tier 2 to ILR, ILR(LR) and etc. It is consistent and avoids any confusion further.

Re: Long Residence application

Hi Dr.

If you have decided to go ILR (LR) route, please stick with 276(A), then you are OK. Your problems were you broke "continuously" in your previous applications.

You are capable to do it, so keep it in track. That is it.

Re: Long Residence application

Have a read the immigration act 1971 276A to 276D. you know what your problems were.

Yes, you are able to do, but your circumstances unknown during the period of 2010 to 2020, so the best is you go back to line one above. All the best.

Re: Apply for ilr after 5 years

ILR (LR)--10 years route, the applicant must be legally and continuously living in the UK (276A). In your case, arrived UK in March 2016, you are able to apply in March 2026 as @Zimba said. For instance, 01/03/2016 to 01/03/2026, 10 years. But your circumstances unknown, cannot say which answer it i...

Re: Tier 1 Ent ILR application - home office asks for interview

Yes but both OP and napoleon were interviewed at extension stage also. This is pure stupid to interview and delay applications just again!! Does not really make sense after all verification checks and interview was conducted at extension stage but oh well its HO...it can do anything! Hope we get an...

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension Visa Approved(after nearly 2years). Can I apply for ILR ?

Very interesting case I see here, after waiting nearly 2 yrs, Hi, S, you are not alone. ILR--long residence route, if you match 10 years continuous residence legally within the UK, you are fine to go on this path.
