Hi All,

It seems that we've lost contact with GreenApple just 2 days prior to the protest. Does anyone know his alternative (apart from PM) contact details?

Thanks in advance.

Completely agree on waiving the 100 euro GNIB fee, as it was supposed to improve the service rather than increasing backlogs with LTR & Citizenship processing tenfold.

Hi All, you are all welcome to join the protest on the September 7th. Apart from the most recent issue with the non-EU spouses, we would like to bring attention of the public and the local mass media to the current processing times for the LTR (14 months), which, I believe, instead should be given o...

Guys, you are all welcome to join the protest on the September 7th. Apart from the most recent issue with the non-EU spouses, we would like to bring attention of the public and the local mass media to the current processing times for the Citizenship (32-36 months) and the LTR (14 months), which cann...

Current processing time for the LTR has already grown up to 14 months.  :( Currently they're processing the applications submitted on the first week of July 2006. What a shame! Just slightly over a year ago, when I was submitting my application, the queue was just 2.5 months long, now,...

Hi GreenApple, I agree, but I would need from you answers to the following questions: 1) Could you please confirm that you had managed to obtain permission from the Gardas for this event? 2) I would appreciate if you add the following words to the subject "and the other critical immigration-rel...

Hi archigabe, I would like to correct you in some areas: 1) it was agreed with GreenApple that we join the forces and the reason for the protest would be not only the current issues with Non-EU spouses but also the current manipulations by DoJ/GNIB with processing times for LTR (Long Term Residency)...

Hi GreenApple!

Have you got any arrangement with the Gardas in respect of the protest and the marching up to the Dail? Before bringing people I would need to know the legal status of the event.

Thanks in advance!

Would you be able to bring some local media (newspapers, TV, etc) to the event?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks GreenApple,

I would try to bring some people to the protest....

By the way, two more questions:

1) Approximate starting time for the September 7th protest?

2) Do we require any permit for conducting our protest or the local regulations would allow us to do so without it?

Hi guys! Although I'm a newbe here on this forum, I have two other hot topics, which I would like to bring to your attention: As all of you already know, the most recent issue with the non-EU spouses of the EU-nationals is not the only one issue we should fight for. Currently, there are 2 more criti...
