Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

I'm also in this position over Set (M), being the partner of an applicant who applied Sep 2nd so we are over 5 months now, and nothing from HO. We will probably wait a bit before going down the MP escalation route, but I too am baffled as to why Set (O) and (LR) processes in 2-3 months typically. Th...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Hi everyone, I applied for my ILR Set M on 20th August, sent biometrics on 5th September (IDV App). I thought I had a very straightforward case, as in no dependants, both employed, applying in Cat D with cash savings... But still nothing! I've never received any communication either. Just thought I...

Wednesday will mark 14 weeks of waiting for FLR(M) since application submission...... Why oh why oh why oh why did I use the IDV app...? This is so depressing... We are at 12 weeks for Set (M) and did not use the IDV app- not sure what difference it makes now, but hang in there we'll all get there ...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Anyone knows what update Home Office usually provides to MPs in 20 working days once concerns are raised by them to Home Office? I am on 20th working day today since raising it with my MP. Thanks Hi debrancherenzym, in our case when we queried the status of an FLR (M) application after ~6 months, o...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Hi All, I’ve a question regarding the brp delivery. Is the applicant required to sign for the delivery when the brp arrives or can someone at the address do it for them? Thanks. Hi Archanas1993 I think this depends on the courier/company- when my partner's FLR BRP was delivered, the official guidan...

Nice  . This is definitely a coincidence, as 28 Aug- 04 Sep applicants received this email last night regardless when we uploaded documents, I uploaded and submitted mine on 07/09. It is entirely up to you to judge whether you go for in-person appointment or use the IDV. I personally did not ...

We applied/paid on Sep 2nd and received the IDV email/option to book an appointment last night just after submitting the document...
