Hi,
I am in UK on Work Permit.My parents would like to visit me on visitors visa. They are soon going to take an appointment.I have query regarding documents they need to take with them. Do they need to take e ticket /itienery when applying for visa?

Definately it would be Band A. Personally speaking, my HSMP got rejected because of the same reason. I am in Uk on the same model and didn't have any UK allowance proof's.

I was thinking the same think , is there no way for you to just apply as if you were applying from india ..... It seems people are getting a lot many rejections.Mine was a very straightforward application but got rejected. I am yet to receive my documents.

Hi All,
Same is the case with me. Unfortunately my application was refused too.I called HO customer care and they told me it was refused. I will update you with the reason for refusal. Right now I can't think of a single reason of rejection. Is there some problem with October applications !!

HO's are not fools in giving us the option, to produce English language certificate as qualifying evidence. Its a thing of comman sence that a person having done his education in english should be proficient in english. Its not the case of guts but comman sence that if you have the required evidence...

pinnacle, what if I don't submit notarized copy of passport? I mean is it necessary? as they only require one piece of evidence either birth certificate or driving license? and some applicants get approved by just submitting that. I think just submitting original license will do? doesn't matter it ...

Also submit a notorized copy of you passport with your driving lisence just to make your case stronger. Submit it as additional proof for age.
