Do you know how to track visa application in UK. Have tried but all declined it is been 3 weeks since I submitted my documents to Ukvcas office. But still haven't received anything.

Is there any one know how to track spousal visa extension application. I have submitted my document on April 12.i still didn't hear anything from them. Secondly the company that I work for requesting me status of my application. Please advise.
