An update.we have a back up plan but when we apply for the settlement scheme we will have in both our names a council tax bill,utility bill,ticket to show they entered the country on the 6th of july,a joint uk bank account plus Drs appointments attended.will this be enough to get pre settled status?...

So pre settled status could in the end be meaningless and people sent home?

Does that mean that on the 31st of October if it's no deal that everyone with pre settled or settled status will have it taken away and have to do something else?we are getting married in August and have schools and we has everything ready to apply for the married visa.

I just wanted to clarify that a visa is not needed for their entire lives they arè here.that we don't have to apply for a visa 6 months after they arrive.
