Re: Travel outside while MN1 is in progress

Thanks Aman. That's a really good point, but the passport we hold allows us 6 months free visa on arrival. Wouldn't that be sufficient you think?
There must be some sort of arrangement for kids to travel, what are the options in this case?

Thanks

Re: MN1 referee

Thanks Zimba.
Does this mean that I have to get a letter from everyone who has dealt with the child or just a letter from midwife will be enough.

Thanks

MN1 referee

Hi I have recently got my ILR and I am in the process of filling MN1 for my kids. It requires a referee who has dealt with a child in professional capacity and I am struggling to get a referee for my 3 month old. GP said they have stopped giving references about 12 months ago and wouldn’t give a let...

Re: Age 3-4 15 hour nursery education for tier 1 entrepreneur

Thanks Zimba. I am aware that the 15 hrs is a universal entitlement for all 3 & 4 year old. My query was about the additional 15 hrs ie full 30 hrs. I have read the NRPF website and it is very clear that the parent on ILR can claim the additional 15 hrs (if both parents meet the employment requi...

If someone who is on ILR claims the additional 15 hrs child care will it have any issues for their partner who is on family visa?

Hi Moderators I have been reading this forum for last couple of months and it has been immensely helpful. Additional 15 hrs child care support

Hi. I understand that once I get my ILR sorted I can apply for additional 15 hrs childcare.
My question is If I claim additional 15 hrs will it have any impact on my wife’s ILR (10 year route) application which she will be applying in about 15 months time.

Thanks

ILR - Priority Fee

Hi I am little bit confused with SET(LR) application fees. Is there a 'Priority Service' option for ILR application which costs extra £500? After filling the application I am only getting 2 options. Option 1: The Standard Service which cost £2389 - decision 6 within months Option 2: Super Priority w...

Hi Aman90. Thanks for putting me into the right direction. They may have lawyers but I don’t know yet. Its hard to trust any of the lawyers really as i have already got different opinions from them. I feel like it is my responsibility to be certain about this as I deal with the issues. I have read t...

Re: ILR (LR) and FLR(M) application at the same time?

Thanks for being very helpful Zimba. I have read the guidelines for ILR and i can see the the date of the application is irrelevant and its the the date of decision that counts in my case.. I wish i had known this before. Since i have my spouse and children the situation becomes bit complicated. Q1....

Re: ILR (LR) and FLR(M) application at the same time?

Thanks CR001 The guidance says..' An applicant submits application A in time. They then submit application B before application A has been decided, but after the applicant’s leave has expired when the applicant transitioned to 3C leave. As the applicant transitioned to 3C leave and a decision has no...
