Just an update:
I have just received confirmation from the passport office that they have received my documents now 😃

It is hasn’t been delivered to the passport office nor has been returned to me.
I am going to ask the post office to compensate me for the loss.

Application date for naturalisation application

Leave UK while the decision is pending

Hi I have an ILR application with UKVi for ILR (LR) after being here for 10 years. My current visa doesn’t expire until May next year. I need to leave the country in a week for a family emergency. My questions are… Will my ILR become void if I leave? Is there anyway I can keep the application even i...

SET (LR) Priority Service

Hi Guys
I'm in the process of filing an application for SET (LR), but when I came to the payment stage there was no option for priority service where you can get the outcome in the next working day. Do they not have that service now?

Thanks

Re: Citizenship Ceremony cancelled due to Covid-19

My application was approved back in Nov and on the letter I received from HO they mentioned not to call the council, so I have been waiting to get some sort of communication either from HO or the council, and this morning I thought I will give Stockport Council a ring to see if they have recei...

Re: **** COVID19 Biometrics appointments and UKVCAS ***** (Discuss here ONLY)

I applied for naturalisation a month ago and submitted biometrics through the app. I then booked a free appointment to attend to one of the centres, but I wasn’t feeling well on the day I had the appointment so I cancelled it. I’m not planning to book a new appointment now as Home Office already hav...

Re: **** COVID19 Biometrics appointments and UKVCAS ***** (Discuss here ONLY)

Hi I submitted my application 2 days ago, after reading this thread I am confused about the new process for the biometric appointments. My understanding is that I will get an email when I have to use the IDV app? Then I will have to upload my picture onto the app, (but documents are still uploaded o...

UKVCAS Appointments

Hi I'm trying to book an appointment for biometric through UKVCAS after submitting an application, but I can't see any available appointments anywhere in the UK. Is this normal? I have seen comments on this forum about UKVI re-using old biometric details. Does anyone know the criteria for this? I ha...

1 - Try GP / midwife or anyone who has seen him in a professional capacity. Getting it from GP might take few weeks. A year ago I applied for my 6 month old and 3 year old, I tried my GP first, but they gave 1000 excuses not to sign it, luckily managed to get it signed from the Health Visitor. 2- Tr...
