Re: FLR(M) Renewal & New Tenancy Agreement

Is it enough if the tenancy agreement includes an address, the number of bedrooms and that the property is for the exclusive use of both tenants above (with our names listed above)? The tenancy agreement must show names and address for it to be considered as a proof of cohabitation. Thanks TODMATT ...

FLR(M) Renewal & New Tenancy Agreement

Hi All
I have to apply for renewal/1st extension of FLR (M) in December 2021.

We are moving to a new rental in May 2021. What should the tenancy agreement mention/ or not mention as proof of our cohabitation or address proof please?

Thank you

Re: Spouse Visa Extension

What do you mean by the expired tenancy agreement?

I am assuming the tenancy was a fixed-term contract, when it began. After the fixed term is over, the tenancy automatically becomes a rolling contract - either contractual or statutory.

So your tenancy is not expired. Dont worry about it

Re: Pending asylum seeker to spousal visa

Leaving aside the complications of asylum seeking, are you sure you want to marry someone after only 3 months of dating? People are different as friends and very different as potential partners. May be have a long distance relationship and see how it works out, then apply for fiance visa (6 months) ...

Re: BRP card related query

@amazonianX Please correct me if needed Infact this date extension by another month will likely help you (family) in future when applying for ILR, since there is no way you will fall short of 5 years valid visa period, which is a strict requirement for ILR. I have read on this forum, one or two unfo...

Re: Spousal Visa - Do I Need Correspondence?

Do you have any credit card or bank accounts in UK? Either sole account or joint account with your partner?

If yes, you can download the statements from their websites. They are acceptable cohabitation proofs

Re: FLR(M) - My Document Checklist - Advice Welcome!

HI My response in line I am a British citizen. My American wife’s initial leave to remain in the UK as my spouse was awarded in January 2017 (she transferred from Tier 4) and it expires on 28 July 2019. We’re going to apply from within the UK for an extension (FLR(M)) next week and we’ll book a UKCV...

Re: Spouse Visa FLR (M)

Property inspection report is for when you share a property with other non related adults not for when you rent a whole property in your own. Thats great. Coming back to first question: Please list your shared financial responsibilities and how much you each pay each month We have mentioned amounts...

Re: Spouse Visa FLR (M)

She is well educated. Should we include something in the application, to make clear to the case worker, of her social standing and how she can contribute and integrate well in UK? No. Ho don't care about this. Simply submit what is required. Don't overthink the process and what you think ho might l...

Re: Spouse Visa FLR (M)

A nagging question I had been having: I earn more than enough to cover financial requirement. We do not want to give too many documents and overload the case worker. Howeve...

Re: Spouse Visa FLR (M)

Thank you Seagul, Yes that seems to be the correct course of action. Now, in the online form the question: Do you or your dependents own a property outside the UK? What is the purpose of this question? Possible taxation in future or determining that if someone has a property outside they might as we...

Re: Spouse Visa FLR (M)

Hello All, We are about to submit my wife's application, and I noticed that the employer letter for the payslips is signed by HR and says '' I confirm that the printed payslips attached have been verified by the company. These payslips are proof of Picard's base salary which is xxxxx.xx per annum.''...

Re: Spouse Visa FLR (M)

Thanks Seagul.
Its the stress of this application, that makes the very obvious things, seem complicated. The fear of committing a mistake is so high, because this mistake has potential to uproot family life.

And gosh, you are very helpful Seagul :) :)
Cheers

Re: Spouse Visa FLR (M)

Thanks Seagul for your inputs. My comments 1. If we respond 'No' here, I feel it is factually incorrect, since she was taught in English during her Bachelors and Masters Degree. But if we click Yes, the NARIC box in the documents become mandatory. Do you have any other suggestion, any workaround? An...

Re: Spouse Visa FLR (M)

I have an additional two questions 1) Documents checklist and NARIC checkbox My wife did her Bachelors and Masters in her home country, it was taught in English. To be factually correct, that's what we've selected in the appropriate section in the application. We've also selected that it is not reco...

Re: Spouse Visa FLR (M)

Thanks Seagul What is the correct answer for When did your current employment begin? I can request HR to explain in employer letter, Nov 2018; but payslips do not support the claim. Re: flr(m) financial requirement

Payslips printed online should be signed and verified as original, either payslips themselves or the letter needs to confirm their authenticity. Sorry for tagging along old thread. who can sign printed online payslips? and who verifies them as original? are they self signed or by compaany HR? Thanks
