Re: Contractor Umbrella - Spouse Visa

Its a tad strange that the employer is showing their cut/commission in your salary slip.

Ideally since they are paying you, they should directly show the amount credited to your account as salary in payslip, which is your pre tax amount.

Any other views here please?

Re: Help Settlement Visa

Apologies, a very unrelated question.
What is OP?
I keep reading this in multiple threads. Through derivation, I deduced that it is applicant, though Im curious to know what does OP stand for?

Re: How to access Guidance notes and relevant appendix documents

Thank you so much for the link.

Though the link seems old. The guidance notes have archived date Sept 2018, while the notes themselves are dated 07/2018.

i remember seeing somewhere that there have been changes in March 2019.
Not sure though.
Can you pls help?

Thanks

Re: Spouse Visa issue

Its unfortunate what you are going through. Sorry for that. There is a possibility that your spouse can inform Home Office about change in circumstances and that you are seperated and living elsewhere. So that will be noted on your profile. Next time when you are trying to enter UK, you will be stop...

Need Advice please

Hi All, I have British citizenship. My wife just received extension on ICT visa. We are thinking of applying FLR (M) for her, but not sure how to go about it. Should she apply for FLR (M) and then resign? I think the moment FLR (M) is granted, her ICT visa will be void. If she resigns, not sure if e...
