Hi all, Would the following correspondence be sufficient, don't need to apply until April 2022 (current visa expires May 2022). But I rather be proactive and gather everything I can now. 1. Re: applying for flr (m) early

Can we apply early and take the shortfall hit? We understand we may have to pay extra for another flr (m) visa down the line to met the 5 yr requirements, but would rather this then for my husband to have to go back to his home country and start again. If all requirements are met is the process the...

Re: looking for advice FLR (m)

The cohabitation documents just needs to cover every 4 & 5 months of the last two years preceding the application dates. That period can cover any address, whether it's one address or two or three. So if you've got the documents to cover that period of two years, you don't have to worry about wh...

Re: spouse visa, when to apply for settlement ILR online?

When is the earliest date that I am eligible to apply for the ILR? The government website says exact 5 years before I can apply. So this is 1/6/2021. But ...

So I have chosen Neither own nor rent the property.
If you've selected the above, you should be asked to supply something similar to the below.

'Letter signed by the owner of the property you
live in stating that you have permission to live
there
'.

ANOTHER QUESTION IS what type of ceremony was our wedding, what should I write?
You're more likely to know or find the answer to this.

Was it a religious wedding ceremony? Do a search for types of wedding ceremonies and see where what you had fits.

Re: SPOUSE VISA APPLICATION QUIRIES!!!!!

You may have a choice as to which category to use to meet the financial requirement.

I take it you're still working for what you labelled as employer 2. Would the total taxable income from this employment reach at least £9,300 for the 26 weeks prior to the date of application?
