HO have used the taxable pay in many cases.

Do consider it carefully before applying.
Which cases link please?
You can a have a look at these.

I'm pretty certain you'll be able to find others if you looked.

Re: Spouse VISA Extension -

See here for a generic list.

On completion of the online form, a checklist of documents to submit will be generated which may be more specific to your circumstances depending on what you put on the form.

Re: Change adress on submitted application

Apparently we didn't qualify for a extension as her visa expired in may and she had already visited the UK before she returned. What did she use to visit the UK? Was this after the expiration of the fiance visa? So just putting the change in address in the cover letter will be ok? It's one way to a...

Re: FLR(M) - Confusing questions/form

The first document can be from January 2019. The next can be dated 5 or 4 months later... and so on until 24 months are covered.

The number of sources appears to be ok.

Or is it sufficient to have for example 6 letters with the joint name all from the same bank?
No.

The 6 documents should be from at least 3 different sources.

Re: Change adress on submitted application

It is stated here , quoted below. Consider that and decide if you want to withdraw your application (as you state biometrics have not been provided, and if funds are tight) and apply for an extension of the expired vignette or continue with the application. If your 30 day or 90 day visa vignette to ...

Re: Spouse Visa Ex - Financial Req - What exactly

Will UKVI scrutinise the bank balance at the end of each month etc as I spend almost all of it and some i.e. are they only interested in X in or Y at the end of the month? Not sure if anybody knows what is it exactly that UKVI want in this aspect. They will be looking at the bank statement for evid...

Re: FLR(FP) Application time

1 . There is nothing unusual about the availability you've mentioned. It's not the best but it's what a lot of applicants are faced with. They have mentioned you can also book an appointment by telephone. The call is likely to be expensive. 2 . The important thing is that all the required documents...

I ordered my title deeds from Land Registry. They are dated 28th October. Do these need to be within 28 days too? Or is that just for the financial documents?
The date on it is fine.

Hi everyone, just one last question before submission, can I use a 3months bank statement from the bank(not printed online) as part of my 2 year proof of cohabitation or does it have to be 6 months like the financial proof? Re: Partner Visa granted instead of Parent Visa

It does seem they have gone for a loophole here. It does appear they did not even consider your application on the parent route after getting wind of this 'relationship'.

Still unclear to me what from the rules as they are currently in the parent route you did not meet.

I take it 20 working days hasn't elapsed since you put in the complaint.

They should give you a response within that window. Hopefully it will be a resolution that solves the problem.
