I want to email the team back and ask but want to do so in an informed manner if at all necessary.
Request a reconsideration asking them to outline why the application wasn't granted in line with D-LTRPT.1.1.

Re: Partner Visa granted instead of Parent Visa

I did not apply as a partner or spouse, i applied as a parent so my concern is why i was assessed first as a partner and not a parent. They are not infallible. The spouse issue may have come up because of what you put in the application. So it appears they wanted to satisfy themselves that you didn...

Re: Online Application

If you believe the requirements are met, then don't withdraw the application on account of the date issue. It won't be rejected for that reason.

Re: Delay on Spouse Visa

The Home Office is used to complaints :) . It will have no effect on your application.

It's your choice however. You can proceed with what you've outlined.

Although under the heading of 'Financial requirements' in this part of the Rules, the requirement is actually adequate maintenance.

Re: Partner Visa granted instead of Parent Visa

I haven't been able to see from what's on here that you were granted a 10-year partner visa as you stated in your initial post.

Did you meet the financial, accommodation and English language requirements under the parent route?

Re: Partner Visa granted instead of Parent Visa

Hello Korekt, Thank you for your anticipated help. A. This is what I was asked for previously when my application was still being reviewed: 2. You state on the form you do not have a partner but that you have recently started seeing someone. This constitutes a relationship. As such we need you to c...

If you're able to get them to put them on, do. I believe the online form will also request some of those contact details.

And with the current delays in getting decisions, you'll be more than ok. A difference of few days as in this case won't matter at all.

What’s the Best way to escalate a spouse visa extension case?
Some have also complained.

It's worth considering given the date you applied.

Try and follow the categories/sections as best as you can. It's important that all documents to meet the requirements are uploaded.

And also, one last question. If I volunteer to do overtime to get to the £18,600 magical number faster would this be ok?
That's fine. Certainly for category B.

As soon as you hit that figure after being made permanent in January, go for it. As long as the other requirements are met.

Re: Confused about fortnightly pay, unpaid leave and the financial requirement.

Ah thanks I think I understand now! The role will be over £18,600, and by Spring (taking into this new salary increase into account) I will have earned over £18,600. So, just to make it clear: When it comes to April and I have earned a gross salary of over £18,600 in the past 12 months I can submit...

Try following email through which the caseworker has requested the documents from few members in near past.

FLRdocuments@homeoffice.gov.uk
It may well be FLRMDocuments@homeoffice.gov.uk

Could also try.
