Re: Pay for IHS before 28 days Visa Expiry

If all the requirements are met, you may be able to apply today and still avoid a shortfall to ILR.

When was the current visa issued it when did they enter the UK on the existing visa?

Re: FLR (M) application - Evidence to support my claim it would be difficult for me to establish a private life outside

If you are confident you meet the requirements for FLR(M), you don't have to worry about that question or the evidence asked for to support your response to it.

Your response to those questions come in where you don't meet the requirements.

Re: Waiting on decision

The Sheffield address would probably have been better. If you've got a scanned copy, send it to either of the email addresses below quoting the UAN (UNIQUE APPLICATION NUMBER) in the subject of the email and the applicant's full name, DOB, and nationality in the body of the email and see what happen...

3 & 5 above isn't needed if applying under FLR(FP).

What leave did you have when you applied in September 2017?

There’s no information that I can see that says why there are different prices I just didn’t want to pick the wrong slot (a cheaper slot) and that doesn’t cover us.
And there is no right or wrong slot or ones that won't cover you.

Just pick what's convenient and affordable for you.

Re: Visa Extension, Which category?

Essentially the same application you made in 2017. See here for current details. If you meet the financial and English language requirements, along with the other requirements, you'll be granted the visa on a new 5-year route to ILR. If you're unable to meet the financial and English language requir...

Re: UK Fiance Visa - help

It is mandatory if you choose to meet the financial requirement using category A which requires only submitting 6 months payslips and corresponding bank statements. If with employer for less than 6 months, then it's category B with 12 months payslips and corresponding bank statements. You also have ...

Re: Is spouse visa financial requirement £18,600 in 52 weeks or 48 weeks (12 months)?

It's not mandatory to submit your contract so you don't have to.

Confirmation of your employment will be in the letter from your employer which is required.

Re: should our British child be listed as a dependent on FLR(m) application??

If you have 2 years of cohabitation evidences then you don't need this letter at all. It would appear the applicant does not have this Since your astrology about op's circumstance has manifestly be proven inaccurate which even worsened with a hastily google searched case study. Therefore, better to...

There is no need to veering off the original crux through rubbernecking, and by inserting an impertinent case study which I am sure you shouldn't have studied in its entirety. It would appear the applicant does not have this and have selected the relevant options on the form leading to the request to submit the requested letter as an alternative. Regardless of the case, the cohabitation evidences are pivotal which cant be substituted with an informally written letter. Qu...
