Re: Spouse Visa Extension - BRP received/ Decision letter NOT received

One of my friend got BRO first and decision letter via post later on, so could be the case. Anyways you have BRP so having decision letter or not is irrelevant. Not getting a decision letter is not irrelevant. A decision letter may confirm a pathway an applicant is on, for example, five or ten year...

If the certificate is delayed, what counts as the date of accomplishment is the date of the test or date of certificate?
There will be a 'certificate issued' date which may be the date the test is taken or a few days later.

Re: Category A qualification

Upload to the section heading closest to what is being uploaded. The important thing is that all documents to meet the requirements are uploaded.

Have a look here to give you some idea.

For what application is the test?

If it's not on the HO list, it likely won't be accepted.

Re: Category A qualification

Hi all, I've done the online application and I've selected self-upload for evidence but it's a bit temperamental, won't let me log in. Can I change it so I can book a scanning place instead? Try again; it might be better to self-upload. Should you choose to however, you could purchase, if available...

Re: Spouse visa Application

Hi, I have made a mistake in my wifes spouse visa aplication. Basically I have switched my first and surnames. Instead of e.g John Totley as on passport, The aplication refers to me as Totley John. Will this effect my wifes aplication, would home office know it is just a minor error, should I write...

They will likely contact you.

Might be worth still trying to still reach them on the phone or even better if you get an email address to write to.

Re: Spouse visa extension questions

Also, I actually booked an UKVCAS enhanced service, I guess it's fine to scan the documents during my appointment since it's included in the price, right? as I'm finding it a bit challenging to adjust the sizes of some of the documents including the passports. Some of them are 8MB or more (even aft...

P60 isn't mandatory. Probably best not to include it; it could cause confusion with the income figures.

Re: PBS Tier 1 Dependant - Appying for early extension

23 March 2020?

1. No. It essentially means you won't be an overstayer if your current leave expires while your application is being considered.

2. As answered above.

3. No, do not cancel the appointment. You need to give biometrics for a decision to be made on the application.

Dear Korekt and Seagull. thank you all for your help. We are applying tonight online. I have one last question for you. Re: UKVCAS app issue

You can also contact UKVCAS as they have suggested if you encounter issues using the app.

They have stated that they send all supporting information to UKVI within 24 hours. They may be able to proffer a solution.

That's rather unfortunate.

In most cases, yes.

If you are submitting any document with joint names, you should sign it.

It's not a science; follow the sections as best as you can. What's important is that all documents to meet the requirements are uploaded. You may upload bank statements under 'Financial' and upload payslips and employer letter under 'Employment Evidence' or put all three mentioned above under 'Emplo...

If the minimum amounts are met, the April - September payslips should be fine. The application should be made no later than 28 days from the date of the last payslip or the period it covers.

Re: FLRM 6 Months Payslips Please Help

Actually until April both me and my wife were paid in cash but payslips show BACS I have just noticed. That might open more wormholes because the whole cash must have been deposited into to the bank account for its acceptability. I might be mistaken but it appears the OP is saying that the cash pay...
