Re: FLRM 6 Months Payslips Please Help

Are you saying that for each of those payslips, the actual pay dates are in the following month? So for the 30th September payslip, the payment went in to the bank account in October? If the minimum amounts are met, the April - September payslips should be fine. The application should be made no lat...

Converely, You might also receive invitation for using the app (if selected) in lieu of attending the appointment. For applications submitted from 24th September 2020, applicants won't have the option of being invited to use the IDV app as UKVCAS, for now, have stated that they have resumed normal ...

Re: Possible to take IELTS B1 for visa extension?

Also, the window to apply for the extension opens 28 days before reaching 30 months.

As the window to apply for ILR opens 28 days before reaching 60 months.

So now, you can consider all your options and take an informed decision

Re: Timing on entering the UK with spouse visa

The visa if granted should be for 33 months. A 90-day vignette is currently issued to facilitate entry to the UK and the BRP (visa) can thereafter be collected from a nominated post office. If you're unable to enter the UK and the vignette expires, it needs to be renewed. But essentially you can ent...

Re: A2 test and first and middle name

The passport has a “given names” field and his name is on that line e.g John Smith. So if we put Smith in the test booking form as middle name and he take his passport as id migh they say no John Smith should have been entered in the first name field. It won't be an issue. In the example above 'Smi...

But together we should cover the income requirement.
Then this is what should be selected on the application form.

Selecting 'below the requirement' may present a problem.

It is quite surprising that applicants will not be using the IDV App from now. Does it mean that it was only launched to deal with the backlog caused by the lockdown since late March!! New applicants; those previously invited should still be able to use it if they want to. They have said as much, t...

This will mean no further invitations to use the IDV app for new applicants (except a few like T4 students).

It appears those previously invited to use the app will still be able to do so.
