Will this be fine or result in gap during ILR?
Probably not. She can apply within 28 days before reaching 30 months or latest before her visa expires. 30 months is 8th September.
Applying by 26th September will be fine to avoid ILR shortfall; that's after 30 months.

Re: FLR FP 10 years route 2nd extension

If 2nd extension on a 10 year route, 28 days before completing 30 months counting from the date the last visa was granted; or earlier if time to ILR is less than 30 months.

It should start from 6months after the visa was granted/entry into UK of the spouse.
It is really the 2 years prior to the date of application which may not be the same as the above.

Am I right in assuming declaration forms need to be uploaded along with documents ?
Yes.
Any idea .. can I use docu sign instead of print, sign and scan ?
If it matches your signature on other uploaded docs, why not?

I think he’s asking about returning the passport (decision is still pending). Not the BRP at this stage.
Where did the OP state that they submitted the passport as part of the application?

Re: Visa application too early...

With the situation of things currently, it may well be that appointments for biometrics will be delayed. In your case, a delay of the biometrics appointment until the last few days of August or any date in September using the standard application will sort out the problem; and 28 days should be adde...

Does that mean the standard bank statement that comes in the mail every month would work? They are not on any special stationary, or have any official stamps on each page?

No.

If that's what you choose to do for whatever reason, do ensure the visa fee is paid on that date.

Re: Dependant visa application for spouse of ILR Holder

Let's keep it simple. The point that was made is that the 10-year route to ILR can be granted for applications made outside the UK which you have stated isn't possible. No matter how you twist and turn with your so-called explanations, the simple fact is that it is possible, albeit more difficult. I...

Re: Dependant visa application for spouse of ILR Holder

What are you talking about? I thought the OP is enquiring about applying as a partner. The bit you've cited is referring to an application as a parent which is a totally separate route. Did you look at D-ECP.1.2.? It is separate from EC-PT which is where the bit you've cited is under in the Rules .

Re: Dependant visa application for spouse of ILR Holder

Being married is not an issue. The rules provide for it. It is difficult as exceptional circumstances and Article 8 issues are involved.

See D-ECP.1.2.

A grant under this section is for the 10-year route to ILR.

If not, then please state the date they entered the UK, and the date stamped on their passport on their arrival at the UK port.

Re: When to start spouse visa extension process

Yes , you can apply 28 days before date of expiry. 28 days before Date on the Bio-Metric Card to be precise. Not correct. It is one of the possible dates, up until the visa expiry date. The other one you've mentioned is the recommended earliest date (to avoid a shortfall for ILR). The extension its...

Residence on a spouse visa starts counting from the date your spouse entered the UK. It is not based on the initial visa issue date.
so the date stamped in the passport when she was in airport?
Yes, if they are one and the same.

The net pay for example won't be shown on the personal tax account online.
They never hold record of net pay. Also DVLA & HMRC's staff are working together to cover the staff shortages means a lot of data hasn't yet fully updated.
I did say it won't be shown.

Re: Spouse visa flr

Your personal tax account would normally show the taxable income as the gross, tax & NI, and these should match what's on your payslip.
The net pay for example won't be shown on the personal tax account online.

Depends on what discrepancies exactly you believe there are.
