Re: Spouse visa, job question

But my husband and myself are still requiring some documents such as his TB test This is indeed a challenge as it is a requirement that has to be met by citizens of certain countries. Re: Very confusing situation with spouse visa extension

I had post a question few days ago regarding my wife spouse visa extension and SELT A2 Test. You could have posted this there as well. How can she provide Passport and BRP when she has to send it along with the Application form. Send it along where ? In most cases physical documents are no longer s...

I’m hoping to secure a permanent role ASAP but would it matter if I started my role after the application was submitted?
It does matter I'm afraid. If you're planning to meet the financial requirement through employment, you need to be employed on the date of application.

Re: Spouse Visa Extension Partner Bank Statement

If your question is regarding submitting them as evidence of meeting the financial requirements, no.

It's up to you whether you want or need to submit them as evidence of something else, co-habitation for example.

Re: UK Spouse Visa Payslips starting from the first week of the month

My wife started working from the 4th on November and she got a payslip by the end of November. And at the end of this month she would have 6 payslips. Can we consider the november payslip in this situation? It was only 70 pound less than her usual full pay, because the 2nd and 3rd were weekends and...

Re: Non Applying Children question on FLR(M)

So do I have to answer "Yes" or "No" to the following question on the form? Does Mr Kam(me) have any other children in the UK that are not applying on this application? The applicant would have to, and in the affirmative given what you've stated. What should I do in this scenari...

Does it matter if I am using certain sources more than the other, as below it can be noted that I have used water bills and council tax bill more: No. You need to hit at least 3 sources. When 6 documents in joint names (as required) are being submitted, the spacing needed will be between 4 and 5 mo...

It all happens at the same appointment.

You should ask your questions in your own topic.

Re: Biometric Appointment - Chelsmford - Document Scanning

How much did you pay for the appointment?

If the appointment is at an enhanced service point, which it most likely is, the document scanning is included.

thanks, steve
You don't have to upload your documents prior to booking the appointment.

You usually have to upload your documents prior to attending the biometrics appointment.

Then it appears it is an exception. It's certainly not the case in the majority of applications made outside of the UK, unless they've changed tack.

Hi CR001 this information isn’t correct, I received my outcome letter attached to an email prior to receiving my passport.
From where did you make your application? That comment was referring to applications from outside the UK.

4 October 2022?
Entry was on 30 July 2017 so hopefully can apply for ILR from the start of July 2022.
You may. No earlier than 28 days to 30 July 2022.

Re: FLR (M) Online application 2020- 28 days

Yes. And 14th April is even more favourable. Even if only 30 months is granted on that date, it will still take you past the time of 28 days to completing 60 months on the visa, hence applying for ILR, which should be around the last week of September 2022 from the dates you've supplied. Your choice...
