Re: FLR (M) Online application 2020- 28 days

Are you referring to 14th March? It should still be ok if granted by 15th March, for example, AND the caseworker adds 28 days in line with GEN.1.13. Remind the caseworker to. If done, it should take you to well within the 28 days to apply for ILR. GEN.1.13. For the purposes of paragraphs D-LTRP.1.1....

Re: Partner visa

It won't be refused on account of financial requirement. It isn't required on the 10 year route.

You've been asked before to use the same thread.

You can use that thread for all your questions relating to the same application.

Re: Spouse visa advice

So if they say that I'm being paid my holiday pay with my weekly wages, is there anyway I can ask them to regenerate a timesheet for the week I was on holiday. IF they don't allow that, do you think a letter from the employer explaining this would be sufficient as I really don't want to postpone my...

Your calculations are incorrect. If you have no other income to combine then you need following amount of cash savings:

£24800*2.5+16000= £78000
Not for SET M. No need to multiply by 2.5 years.

I have a question, is it advisable to upload all the documents online?
Your choice. Many have done this.
We'd rather not book an appointment at the VFS centre in Mexico city if possible.
An appointment to give biometrics is mandatory for most applications.

Also, I take it that it is okay to stitch all the statements together and upload it as a one big pdf meeting the size requirements - statements organised in an ascending/descending order
Yes, that's okay to do.

Re: New job spouse visa advice

Another possible option, if you do get another job at the time you've mentioned, is to apply under category B, where the income from that employment and income from the 12 months immediately before the application date both have to meet the £18,600 financial requirement.

Re: Parents tennancy agreement

I'm not an advisor. You could say it's based on shared experience from the changes made to the application process in the main since November 2018. You can take it for what you think it's worth to you. As there's been difference in opinion in this forum on this particular requirement or non-requirem...

Re: Cohabitation evidence for FLR(M)

Ideally, if you're submitting 3 documents in joint names, then you only need 6 other documents (3 in each name).

So 1 joint-named document = 2 individual documents (1 for each partner).

And vice versa.
