They won't raise such.

You should be aware, though, that the first £16,000 of any cash savings will be disregarded.

Re: Employer's letter and document submission

You've been advised repeatedly to disregard future overtime earnings. If you're being advised differently elsewhere or by someone else, you would need to make a decision at some stage, won't you?

Quite a long period. Is this self-employment income?

Re: Granted 10 year parent route again on my last extension to settlement

You should request the reconsideration as advised and ask the question.

In the meantime, what did you submit to satisfy E-LTRPT.4.1., the financial requirement, i.e. adequate maintenance, and accommodation?

Can see you've stated you submitted a B1 cert to meet the English language requirement.

Can I bring her over on a 90 day Schengen visitors visa and then apply for her residency card once in Spain, based on marriage to me?
This may well be easier.

No need for previous passport(s) as the sponsor. Submit evidence of your ILR.

Re: Passport scans for Spouse visa

Hi I am applying for spouse visa for my wife. She is applying from India and I will be submitting the documents herein ukvcas centre. Unlikely it is UKVCAS; they handle applications made in the UK. Perhaps you mean the VFS locations in the UK. My question is 1. Should I provide all pages of my curr...

Re: Sponsor returning to the UK with applicant

Thanks for the above replies. Hoping someone can shed some light: I am planning to submit my online application on 11th Feb (in order to make sure all the financial documents are within 28 day rule), however, I can only go to the visa centre and scan my supporting documents/ provide biometric info ...

Both are are among the available options.

Choose the option that's most convenient for you.

Most people would answer 'yes' if they have lived with their partner even just one day after marriage.

Re: U.K. Based sponsor, why does the partner visa ask if he has a job offer upon return?

I'm unsure about that. I'm not aware of anyone who's had to do that. It might not matter but I don't know and I'm unsure if that and similar answers is contributing to the questions you are subsequently being asked.

An address from the country you're deemed to be applying from could simplify things.

Try and take the view that you're applying from outside the UK. Regardless of where in the world you're completing the form, even if in the UK, the application itself is deemed as an application from outside the UK.

Re: Fiance Visa Application Zambia Advice & Guidance

You will be asked to state when your relationship began as part of the application process. It will be helpful to be able to evidence that.

Not necessarily the teenage years unless you wish to state that's when your current relationship began.

They won't.

Just spread them as evenly as possible over the required period, regardless of the address, as you've been advised previously.

Re: Bank statement

It isn't fixed as such. It is however important that all the required docs are submitted.

You may search the forum. There are examples of those who have uploaded to categories that made the most sense to them and had no issues.

Re: Bank statement

No clear deadlines I'm aware of. HO may send a reminder where they state they haven't seen supporting documents for an application and ask the applicant to submit them by a certain time. So, there is some leeway in that regard. However, it will be better if you submit them prior to or at the biometr...

Re: Bank statement

What you've stated is referring to the statement period rather than the date the statement was issued which is what your enquiry seemed to be about. So apparently, the statement date is 18th January. If the required amount hasn't dropped during the period you've stated, the bank statement date won't...
