Re: Fiance Visa from Vietnam - How long did it take for your visa acceptance

Most likely fiance/settlement visa isn't included in the processing times you've referred to. Check it again.

It should list specifically the visa type the processing time is for.

Please note: if your appointment is at an enhanced service point, premium lounge, or is a mobile pop-up or VIP visit we can scan and upload documents for you during your appointment as part of the service.
Wakefield appears to be an enhanced service point.

Re: Extra wage slip put in by solicitor

Safest way when combining more than one job to meet the financial requirement is to attach 12 months of payslips & bank statements. See latest refusal: https://www.immigrationboards.com/immigration-for-family-members/spouse-visa-appeal-t290923.html Nowhere in those posts does it say they were r...

I believe so; although they may be issues with viewing attached docs. You may try that if there isn't an electronic copy that can be copied and pasted.

Just below the 'Submit' button, 'Attachments' should be visible.

Either or both.

Re: Grant of leave to remain ten year partner route

If you're able to, take out personal details and paste the entire contents of the decision letter. If you supplied evidence for the financial and English requirements, then a grant under D-LTRP.1.2 suggests that they have deemed that either or both of those requirements were not met. Also, are child...

When a spouse visa is approved, who is usually informed first? Will i as the UK sponsor be informed or will it be my husband who's in Pakistan?
The applicant or their representative.

There is no first and second.

Re: Kingston Jamaica Biometric Appointment for UK Spouse visa

Thank you all very much for the info. Can you please tell me how much the fee is for the biometrics? And do I submit the bulk supporting documents in the UK after my husband does his biometrics? And do I pay a fee for that also? Thanks in advance :-) You won't have to pay extra, if self-uploading.

Re: Kingston Jamaica Biometric Appointment for UK Spouse visa

It is better for the supporting documents to be submitted in one go rather than in batches. My husband had his own evidence to submit and done this at his bio-metrics appointment (for a fee). I had the bulk of it scanned to VFS in the UK. I did have a worry that my submission would override his but...
