Re: Financial requirement help - new job

If opting to meet the financial requirement under category A, then yes. Not so if they opt to meet the requirement under category B. Not required to have been with their employer for at least 6 months. What's required is to be meeting the threshold with their current employment AND have earned the e...

Re: Extend Fiance Visa. Help Please.

Hello, I woud be very greatful if you could help us with a few questions about extending a Fiance Visa. We have almost run out of time for my Fiance's visa and we will likely need to extend to have enough time to marry. We had long delays owing to beauracracy in the Philipines, so our need to exten...

Re: Financial reqs for fiancée visa. Signed the contract for a new job but not started yet.

I suppose the part labelled "Sponsor returning to the UK with the applicant: Category B" could apply (I hadn't seen that before), since that allows for getting a job within 3 months. Ideally used when the sponsor doesn't necessarily come to the UK ahead of their spouse to commence the UK ...

Re: Financial reqs for fiancée visa. Signed the contract for a new job but not started yet.

Are you also using the overseas job to meet the financial requirements or only the UK job?

If the latter, are you aware that you need to have held this job for at least 6 months to be able to use it under category A? This is what the second question in the image you posted is alluding to.

Re: BRP error/lengeth of stay

There may be other factors involved. You may post the full details of the decision removing personal details. If you're certain it's an error on their part, you can request a reconsideration . Some have done this by sending an email message to the caseworker or the department that made the decision.

Re: Category B

Hi, I have a question about CAT B of salaries income. The rules asks for payslips covering any period of employment in the last 12 months. However, if someone had several employments in the last 12 months and say one of them on its own (for example for 8 months) meets the CAT B, does he still need ...

Re: FLR (FP) to FLR (M). What are the next steps ???

What leave/visa did your wife have before being granted the leave in 2018?

And was it stated in the decision letter then that she is on the 10-year route?

Re: incorrect answer

Put the info in a document under the heading ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (you can also use this for the filename). Refer to the question or question number. State the correct answer to the question and upload the file. The caseworker will see it. Don't worry about sending an email anywhere and waiting fo...

Re: FLR FP based on spouse or children

Was the deprivation notice to the father after the mother's application? Was it triggered by the mother's application?

If the father is eventually deprived of citizenship, isn't there a possibility it will affect the children who you say got their citizenship through him?

Re: Spouse visa extension, Cat B, earned £18600 in 5 months.

I read the requirements for Cat-B, and there is no requirement to furnish last 12 months financial data. I made my wife's extension application based on just 5 months wage slips and bank statements, and it was approved in a flash. My understanding was correct. I earned more than £18600 in 5 months,...

Thanks Anon, Unfortunately no major savings, medical condition is due to severe back pain, unable to move much and awaiting treatment with NHS that you can guess could be many months if not years, since the condition is not life threatening. Re: Family / Spouse visa hlep

Sometimes the impression is given on the forum that where applicants do not meet the the financial and/or the English language requirement, they are automatically put on the 10-year route. Not really.

If the requirements are not met, the application likely will be refused.

Re: Family / Spouse visa hlep

If you do not meet the requirement, you may be able to settle in 10 years. Provided that the relationship is true and subsisting. Not really, it's not that straightforward. It will take way more than a genuine and subsisting relationship. Improper finances doesn't mean you don't qualify for spouse ...

This is the reason I have gathered so much documents as one may not cover 2 years but other will compensate the period.
Don't be confused about the period the documents cover or should cover.

Re: Spouse Visa - Documents are missing

Someone has told me that if my employment letter confirms that my job is permanent, I do not have to wait for all six wage slips. Can you guys confirm if it's true? It's unlikely on the basis that Someone has told you. Where you meet its requirements, Category B is an option if you do not wish to w...

The link above appears to be addressing priority services in the UK.

The application the OP is referring to is from outside the UK.

Just so i understand this correctly, she can apply 28 days before expiry on her BRP? But then that would mean she wouldnt have completed 30 months? Based on the dates you supplied, this is incorrect. And there is no requirement to have completed 30 months before applying. and if she applies based o...

Just put the missing details on a document and upload it or get it upload with your supporting documents. Don't complicate it; it's not an unusual situation.

Leave the VFS staff out of it, they are a third party.
