No, not the witness part at all! 1st set was too blurry 2nd - 4th set were wrong size. After the 1st set, the consulate told her to deliver the pictures and not to have them witnessed. News: My cousin Laura got her FBR and applied for her passport also. Apparently just after my application was submitted, they changed the requirements! She had 4 sets of photos rejected. CVS used the irish and american standards and all rejected. No further info is known currently, second hand info...

All I can say is I'm so bummed that it is a year now. Mine should be straight forward. 2 grandparents born in Ireland. All certificates and verifications completed, fees paid, excitement at the prospect of hearing at 6 months... came and went. Now a year... super bummed.
