I'm asking because after separation the ex applied for new passport.
So the passport I have a copy of is most likely disabled.

Hi, does anyone know if I apply for settlement status with a copy of ex's passport after divorce, will home office verify if passport is valid or lost or stolen?

Married dec15 Separated Feb 19 Divorce on going 21/05 Application submitted online. 21/05 COA Email received. 23/05 Pre-settled status received for 5 years...... already have a biometric card. I mentioned I am separated in my application and divorce process almost done. Apparently I am still linked...
