Thanks Aman & Dan ...i came after 108 days after my initial visa start date with T2 ICT established staff visa...Will this gap of 108 days affect my ILR Long residence ILR has nothing to do with when your visa was issued and how long you took to enter the UK. Your residence only starts counting...

Please note that the Tier 2 ICT rules are different to the requirements for ILR based on long residence. If you don't have an ICT visa to get you to the qualifying period for ILR based on long residence, it has nothing to do with how long your ICT might be granted for. The end date of your visa for...

Hi what happened finally to your case ... I am in a similar situation ..not have any conviction but they are asking clarification ...but basic DBS check will not provide all information and subjet matter request will take 30 days to get the details .....this has become a chocken and egg situation ..
