Re: Need some clarification if anyone could please

However i am not sure if my partner can apply for it with me together? He came into UK on March 2006 with dependant visa and granted ILR with me together in November 2010. Given the timeline, your partner may be eligible to apply for naturalisation at the same time as you. Thanks Sushdmehta, I like...

Re: ILR - On-Line Booking

Moreover when I spoke to UKBA customer service, they told me that if I want to use the on-line service then the preferable time would be mid of December 2010 for Feb 2011. That is absolutely correct!!! If you would like to book for Feb, you have to wait until Dec. The system is just like that cos n...

Unless applying for settlement under Tier 2 / WP immigration category, a letter from employer - stating that the applicant is required for employment in the foreseeable future - is not a mandatory requirement. Good if you can arrange it but if you don't it will not lead to refusal of a settlement a...

If people pay now on line, does it mean the application submitted earlier than 28 days? The date of payment for an in-country application is not the date of application. Do they really expect people to fill it out on the morning? Well no, I don't think they do. Re: NEW FEE for Set M

Dear all I have unfortunately become rather knowledgeable with all this. My story is I married my Israeli husband, he got a spouse visa Entry Clearance and on Thursday 4th November we will be applying in Sheffield PEO with our Set M form and (lots, probably too many!) documents. I have rung today (...
