Re: Can i vary the application without giving Biometrics?

Was there a reason beyond your control why you did not apply before your visa or leave to remain expired? N/A or NO will be the answer Its a close ended question with options yes and no. If i select no, wouldn’t that mean that i am saying i don’t a reason? Shall i just explain the situation and var...

Re: Can i vary the application without giving Biometrics?

Sorry, I am a bit confused here. Don't you get 14 days after the refusal to make a new application? If so, why won't I be able to go for FLR(M) within those 14 days? Likely because she will be making an application out of time. Now, this has really increased the risk now. I spoke to a couple of imm...

Re: Can i vary the application without giving Biometrics?

No worries, thank you very much for all your help, advice and support. I think I'll take the chance and I'll keep you posted. If for any reason, the variation didn't go as planned and PBS dependent extension gets refused, can I then be able to apply FLR(M)again?

Many thanks,
Arif

Re: Can i vary the application without giving Biometrics?

Thanks for the quick reply. I just had a look at the old visa variation guide when postal applications were available and it says exactly the same for visa variation application date. Please can you check the page 17-18 of the guide in the below link: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/governm...

Re: Tier 2 dependent extension

You are not getting a response likely because no one on the forum really knows if it will work. FLR(M) has different requirements and falls under completely different immigration rules. Hi CR001, Do you think that the scenario in the below post is exactly as mine, he had 3 days short of meeting mai...

Thanks for the response. No problem, you have been very helpful, thank you so much.

Can I provide statements from 3 different bank accounts to show £630 maintenance? Or shall that be in a single bank account?

Many thanks.
