Hey, we submitted my wifes application on the 26th on Sept and had the biometrics on the 30th all in Mexico. We are doing it through a London based lawyer who specialises in spouse visas. She told us its still to early to get an update so I wouldn't stress you just need to be patient.

Thank you all for the advice we really appreictae it we will be heading to the states to get married as she has all of the required visas to travel there.

If a company has put someone forward for a role for example for 35k and they advertised the role from 35 to 40k can they make a change to the COS certificate to cater for this. The reason I ask is due to the 40 points now being asked for in the allocation meetings.
