4EUFAM validity

Hi everybody, My wife finally got her 4EUFAM card yesterday. Now, I am aware after reading articles in this forum that she can now travel without any visa to almost all EU countries except UK. (Please correct me if I am wrong). I was wondering if there is a list available or a documentary proof avai...

I haven't been on this forum for a few months.. and trying to catch up again. Has there been any further update to...

It would seem to make sense that the Department would not want to give people a stamp on their passport which recognises that it was granted under EU law. If they did this then it could be used against them in other court cases potentially especially as they are sticking to their story about the no...

I went this morning, 6/11, at 6:30am. Waited in line outside until 7:10. They let us in and had ticket in hand by 7:30am, was #12 in the Q. . Was out of the office by 8:30am. I got a 1 year stamp 3, while waiting on Supreme Court ruling. I was denied EU1 previously. Did you have to argue or did the...

I was told by the solicitor that some E.U1 cases that had already been filed before the judge had been settled by the DOJ in out-of-court settlements because the cases had been strong and the judgement was expected to go against the DOJ. DOJ allows only weak/dodgy cases like KUMAR to be heard in co...

Just saw the 'Results' of the poll. I think it would be better if we can organize the protest in a proper fashion. Perhaps advertising at different locations eg. Asian shops, restaurants, ethnic food shops, distributing leaflets etc.

Thanks,
