Re: Spouse Visa - Visa4UK vs Gov.uk (Appendix FM Partner)

Hi Sorry to bump this, but can I ask as you filled in Appendix 2? Where did it mention to do this on the gov website? I applied the same way but did not fill in no appendix 2 because I didn't see it anywhere to do it? Do you have a link asking it to be done? Thanks Since Appendix 2 has exactly same...

Re: Fiancé marriage settlement visa rejected - advice please

When did you make the application and was it directly from gov site or visa4uk. I have applied on the 14th June and no where it has stated or even uttered the words appendix 2 on the gov website when application was made on this date. So I have not included this because as far as I am aware it does ...

Re: FLR: Do you have to upload and take documents to the appointment?

I applied and scanned the documents on the Sopra site etc etc.. I also took the documents with me everything I had because I didn't know if I had to or not. The person who was handling our appointment said that I didn't need any documentation apart from the appointment letter it asks you to bring, a...

Re: Spouse Visa Questions

If you look at other members post you will be able to see that appendix 2 has been submitted along with the online application but I have not heard or read that anyone’s application was refused due to appendix 2 not being submitted. I hope someone else might be able to clarify further. Kind regards...

Re: Spouse visa financial requirement

Hi If you are short of 18600 over 6 months, you can use 12 months, if that does not meet 18600, then you work out what is left over so if you are short by lets say 1000, you then need savings. It's 18000 I think or 16000 as base amount and then 1000x2.5 So either 18500 or 20500 in savings, someone s...

Re: Spouse Visa Questions

Hi In regards to the uploading of documents, I felt that it would be a peace of mind just paying the 75 pound fees and Vfs upload the documents for you. From what I can remember my solicitor filled in the application form online and we had to upload a document to go further on in the application so...

Re: FLR(M) – "When did you enter the UK?" What date do they want?

Yes I agree also, if you have any doubts that they may say anything that it was before, you could note it in additonal info at the end usually on the application.

Re: Urgent Access UK and Supporting Documents

He’s got his biometric appointment tomorrow so i’ve asked him to try and find out, will let you know. It’s annoying how little info there is, even solicitors I’ve seen were unsure about the new process. Hi hope it all went okay. Did your partner manage to ask at all? Thanks Hey he was told you can ...

Re: Urgent Access UK and Supporting Documents

Hi thanks for replying. I've checked so many old threads google searches and still no answer. My partners appointment is next Thursday. Would your husband be able to ask if he can pay at centre if his appointment is any sooner and let me know please. It just won't let me do anything. I log in and i...

Re: Messages print out for spouse visa

Nope, did not apply on the gov site. Whoever designed it had a bit of a brainfart. It asks you if you have a degree taught in English, and if you say Yes, it does not let you give IELTs as evidence, and instead asks for UK Naric certificate. I chose No to that question you are refering to as from w...

Re: Spouse visa next steps

Ok thanks. So, would it be okay if she should sends all her documents to me (even her passport?) and I will post everything from the UK before her biometrics appointment takes place? Hi Can I just check as you have applied the same way as me on the gov site, when you went on the vfs global website ...
